NSW State Judo Titles - March 6th and 7th.

 Steve Jeffery has kindly volunteered to drive a Team down to Sydney (and back if you win) in the PCYC bus, this should really keep the costs down for us; hopefully around $20 each for petrol.  He has also arranged for us to stay at the Glebe PCYC overnight on the 6th for $20 each including breakfast! The entry cost for the competition should be around $20, so $100 should cover everything. If there are any young women who wish to attend, a female adult will also need to come with us. Also any parents that want to come must have a child protection check done so please contact Cliff asap if you want to go. Spectators are also welcome to come with us but competitors take priority on the bus.

 The Hunter Valley Open will be held on 21st March 2010.

NSW Country Championship will be held in Newcastle on 14th November 2010.

 A great turnout at Moonee for our Xmas party! The following awards were given out to some impressive young Judoka;

Levi Henderson won the Male Endeavour Award

Hayley Oakes won the Female Endeavour Award

Mikaela Hannaford won the Most Improved Judoka Award

Ty De Salis won the Stylist of the Year Award

 and they were very well deserved. It was great to have all the familes together too, lots of wrestling around,... playing in the sand and water, feasting under the trees around the BBQ. Good times!
