Rules

Finger and toenails to be kept short and clean.
Only bare feet on the Tatami (mat).
Bring a water bottle or sports drink to lesson.
Wear a clean Judogi (Judo suit).
Always use foot-ware off the Tatami.
Place water bottle and foot-ware by the side of the Tatami.
No hard plastics, metal or jewellery of any kind to go on the Tatami.
Long hair needs to be tied up.
Females must wear White round neck T-Shirts.

Etiquette

Bow on entering the Dojo (Training Hall) Spectators also.
Bow on entering and leaving the Tatami.
When the lesson starts line up quickly and quietly.
Ask the Sensei (Instructor) to come onto the Tatami if you arrive after the lesson has started.
Ask the Sensei before leaving the Tatami during the lesson.
Minimise talk during the lesson, and if you talk, do it quietly.
